ACen Adventures | Open Forum 2004

Here are all 31 pictures taken at the first ever ACen Open Forum. At these open forums ACen goers get to meet and discuss the upcoming ACen with staff members. So once again ACen Guy Brown has posted his insane comments next to select pictures. As always these were all the pictures taken at the event so please excuse the repeats and pointless pictures and please be patient as the pictures may take a while to load.

Well this is Pingitore, he's not an ACen guy or anything but he wanted to go along with me, Eric (ACen Guy EricB), and Chris (ACen Guy Masamune) to the open forum. I said fine, he ended up driving me there while Eric and Chris didn't even bother showing up. Ping did get us lost quite good. But he also got us there early, around 11:30 when it started at noon.

Ah, the Hyatt Regency O'Hare... just rolls off the tongue doesn't it. I took this picture because, well, because the place is simply awesome and I didn't get a picture of the outside of the Hyatt last ACen so I figured we're at a red light why not snap a shot or two.

When we got close to the Hyatt the place was swarming with police officers guiding traffic every which way. We figured there was just some sort of accident or something. We found out later that the Vice President was visiting for some reason. Also there apparently was some sort of motorcycle convention going on nearby as well. Guess it was a busy day in Rosemont.

Ah good ol' pointless picture 4. We had time to waste and apparently disk space to waste too, I will explain this picture no more.
