... ACen Guy Ping (a.k.a.: Michael Pingitore) is a recent addition to the ACen Guys family. Although he technically started as an ACen Guy Trainee with the group back in 2004. The trainee position was actually created due to Ping’s constant insistence to be allowed in the group. Although the group had no room for him and didn’t (at first) consider him ACen Guy worthy. Since he was such a good friend of the group they didn’t want to exclude him, so the position was made to shut him up. Even though his position was designed to separate him from the group, it didn’t necessarily work, and created some confusion. This confusion eventually lead to the abolishment of the Trainee position. Ping was then absorbed into the group in late 2006. His first convention with the group as an official ACen Guy was Ohayocon 2007.
Ping is a noted photographer of the group, although usually noted for the wrong reasons. He tends to take the more ::ahem:: pointless pictures (IE: left turn lanes, Pepsi cans...). Through this he inadvertently made everyone else focus on taking important pictures that help tell the stories of the convention adventures.
Ping is always there to make you laugh with his crazy antics. He is probably known best for his Mario cosplay at Anime Central 2005.
