Me, my bf, and a friend were walking through a hall, about to enter the hotel. I got this random hair in my ass and thought it'd be funny to do a Nazi march and shout 'Hail Satan' as we entered the hotel. So I told that idea to my friend and on the count of three, we entered the hotel, doing a Nazi march and shouted 'Hail Satan'. I excepted people to say 'that's racist' or some bible-humper to try to convert us, but no. Instead some people shouted 'Hail Satan' back and some shouted 'w00t'. Meanwhile my bf is silently walking behind, pretending he's not with us. It was rather funny.

Then later that day, me and my bf were relaxing on these nice sofas and I put my head in his lap to take a nap. I rolled over and opened my eyes to see a 'package' in my face. My bf started laughing as I sat up thinking 'OMG! I just got nut in my face'

So yea, this was my first full length weekend of ACen and it was AMAZING! This is how my weekend went in short like terms. There was a group of six of us staying at the Double Tree hotel. Sara, Kim, Lissa, Sam, Steph and me, female Sam. Me and Steph arrived there on Friday and we met up in our room. We paid and everything. We hit the pool right away for some ungodly reason and afterwards took a communal shower in our HUGE shower. We completely soaked all seven of the towels there and also stole fruit from the fruit bowl by the pool. Sam of course the next day brought up more towels even though we still had the soaked ones all over the floor in the bathroom. On Saturday I was cosplaying as Okami/ Amaterasu from Okami and it was funny because I'm completely blind in my mask so people will come around and take pictures and I wouldn't know if they were done ( a couple of pics of me are in NBC5 slide show). We saw the Spiral Spiders and High and Mighty Color. Both were GREAT!! We made a mad rush to the stage and I'm pretty sure I got over my crowd claustrophobia that day. That night everyone decided to sleep after the Soap Bubble ( which a majority of our group didn't like because it wasn't as good as last year). So me, our friend Steven( who we later met up with but hanged out with him the whole weekend), Steph, and Lissa went around the convention at 3 in the morning. Playing some videogames, more Soap Bubble, and rolling down the LONG ASS HALLWAYS!!. By Sunday we still had a lot of food and they threw the rice milk out the hotel window.. I bought that milk too for cereal purposes. We were all beat and ready to go after we bought a crapload of stuff.
I'm planning on coming next year and staying for every blinking second of it.

ok so the best thing that happend this year at acen was on thursday when we got there, we checked into the hotel, got settled in, and around 3 we were like hey lets go see if registration is open yet... well it wasn't but there was like a huge line already, so we all got in line and waited, and waited... and waited some more till like 5:30 or 6 rolled around, then some IRT guy came out and yelled something unintelligable, and there was some cheering and screaming so we assumed it was a good thing. and then... THE LINE MOVED!! but as it moved we talked to some more IRT's trying to keep the peace, and we found out that they werent taking "pre-registrations" unless you had already payed. well 2 of us had payed, and the other 2 (me and my buddy) hadn't.. but we decided to hang out in line anyways w/ the other 2. we get up to the entrance of the expo center and i asked the guy there what was up w/ the pre-reg. cause I did pre-reg (i had a confirmation number and everything) but i hadn't payed yet, and we had cash!! so the guy was like go talk to that other short asian guy, so we did. he's like "wait here by this pillar and Mandy-chan the crazy IRT girl." so we did, finally about 30-40 minutes later, after the line was completely full... he comes back and says "well we originally weren't taking cash, but i guess we can now... and i realize that if we would have said something simillar to that you would've been near the front of the line (where our other 2 friends were) so if you 2 follow me i can take you to a more convenient spot."
so we did, and you know where he puts us? at the girls taking the papers and money... thats right. we got shoved to the front of the line by talking to the right person.
and to top it all off, while I was handing the paper to the girl, i get a phone call, and it was the 2 guys that were STILL IN LINE, and he was like "omgwtfbbq how did you guys get up there!??" and then after we told him, we walk past and talk for a minute, him and the rest of the people standing there got really pissed. i just bowed and walked away :P the other 2 got back to the room about an hour and a half after we did.

Best part of it all is when I (the hentai nurse) and the black bare chested Zabuza (my bf) got it on at the Crowne Plazas swimming pool. Hehe that pool is tainted with juciey juice.

So I am waiting for my friend to run up to the room and come back down since I don't feel like walking or taking the elevator by the statue. I am wearing my cat ears and my nose ring just kinda crowd watching, when this guy walks up to me, meows. Pets me and walks away.

Nudity preferred eh? Well, I just have a short story, but still. So you all know how much of a hassle the elevators can be right? When they're actually working, they're crowded as hell and often require extremely long waits. So I'm heading up to my room and I see the door about to close. I dash like hell for the door and slip inside. Relieved, I take a look around to see if I'll be playing another game of Crocodile Dentist or doing a mini rave in the elevator this time. I was mistaken I'm surrounded by a few innocent bystanders and then, to my chagrin or possibly delight, six or seven guys in their tighty whiteys. I let out an, "Uh.." and one of them just says, "Yeeeah...". I later found out that they were staying on my floor. Fun times, ahoy!

At the Soap Bubble on Saturday night I bought a biiig glow stick. You know the really big ones? It cost me some money right? Well my friends and I were dancing having an awesome time in the middle of the all the people dancing. But as I dance.... the top flies off of my glow stick. And there is that glow crap EVERYWHERE! Oh my Lord I was pissed I got sold a defective glow-stick. Luckily after I washed off my clothes and hand in the rest room the guy a the door let me and m friend back in. We didn't have to wait in the two hour line! Anyway.
After that my friend fell asleep in the rave. She fell asleep! It was a hilarious sight. Me and her boyfriend had to take her outside where she collapsed on the curb. people walking by asked if she was okay. It was so funny. I can't wait for next year, and next year's Soap Bubble!

Acen this year was pure love and happiness. It's like, MADE 2007 for me. I'll mention some of my main favorite things

My biggest adventure was the masqurade. Me and my 3 friends went and found out you needed tickets. We left a panel early so we could line up sooner! It was really messed up. They like ripped the happiness right out of me and I didn't even care about being at acen at all. I just gothed out and took a walk by myself and ended up back by the line. Three girls were complaining and in the end I asked if I could sit with them and wait to see if we could get in. So we sat there for like half an hour complaining until an IRT member came up to one of the girls and told her to come with him. A couple minutes later she came back and was like "follow me, NOW!" So her friends got up and she said "Oh you too"

So basicly even though I wasn't the one who had been screwed over with them, they still got me into the masqurade, like 5th row, dead center! The moment of joy was amazing and I couldn't thank them enough.

My other really happy moment was smaller. It was simply hugging Reno xD There was this Reno cosplayer who was crowned 'the crazy Reno' and I was just watching him like "he's cool" (I'm a huge Reno fan) so when he moved off a little on his own I went up to him and asked "Excuse me can I just...hug you?" And then I got to! Yay! :D
