Rei and Shinji from Neon Genesis Evangelion. I felt bad when I took this picture because I made them stand up right after they sat down. Which might explain their 'blah, I hate you forever - how dare you make us stand up you fucking bastard' look. Sorry you two.

Don't know who she is cosplaying. However take a look at that cord in the background right behind her on the right. It seems to form a silouette of a human. Thats more bizarre than a guitar with a scar.

From 3pm until very late on Saturday they were holding Live Action Battles. They kept people entertained for awhile, I personally found the whole concept boring, but people were happy that they had something to look at while waiting in the line for the masquerade later in the night. So yeah, go live action battles.
