This costume was one of the best at the convention! Which is why its in the banner for this conevntion! He (or she, its hard to tell when the costume covers up any feature that distinguishes the sexes) is cosplaying the mascot from Mull Metal Panic.

I don't know who she is cosplaying. I had to take her picture like 6 times because it kept getting screwed up.
