These are all 416 pictures taken by the ACen Guys at ACen 2004. Now there are many repeats and crappy pictures this year so be wary before you start your journey. As before every picture has a commentary from ACen Guy Brown (Matt) and occasional comments by ACen Guy EricB (Eric), ACen Gal Jill (Jill), ACen Guy Jimjitsu (Jim), ACen Guy Ronin (Joe), ACen Guy Masamune (Chris), ACen Guy Neal (Neal), and ACen Guy Zeltron (Bob). TAKE 1 - I'll give you one guess why this picture was taken. Yep thats right lots of cleavage. Neal had the camera would also be an acceptable answer.

You and probably EVERY other male carrying a camera. Ladies and Gents, there is hope at conventions... See, not all cosplayers weigh 300 lbs~

TAKE 2 - Is it just me or do the red eyes creep anyone else out in this pictures?

The technical first picture of Saturday. I saw a lot of people like this this year. Not sure what or who they are cosplaying though... I would say Naruto, just because.

I'd say you're right Matt, congrats!

So much Naruto! But I must say, I was impressed with the quality of all of the costumes I saw, so people must really like the show.

Chris played his violin for a group of people for a few hours in the early morning of Saturday. In the crowd of people that was watching him there was a guy who I started talking to, I shared with him my Lupin cosplay woes (being constantly mistaken for Nabeshin) and it turns out he had a similar problem except he was cosplaying Nabeshin and kept getting mistaken for Lupin despite the fact that his natural hair was a fro. It was funny, the guy was extremely nice. After this meeting I went upstairs and went to bed...

All that good music from games... good...

Chris was impressing people all weekend by playing his own theme, (One-winged Angel) or by playing other's theme songs, (Zelda, etc) and I regularly remember people around 2 or 3 in the morning saying that they should've brought a violin. When we were wandering around, Chris jammed on, and people wanted to touch him even more (partly because he was more exposed).

I got to hold his music sheets because he didn't have a stand. *thumbs up*

... only to awaken in the morning. I love this picture of Chris out on the balcony. It looks very majestic and cool. I am also amazed that Chris was one of the first up considering he was the last to go to sleep... at about 4am.

Yeah, I'd say Chris had a deep love for the Con and general attention. I came in to sleep after wandering around with him till about 3 or 4.. he came in shortly thereafter, and woke me up too, so we could get a bite to eat and hit the convention early. I'd have to agree with Matt, this an awesome picture.. Chris is photogenic when dressed as Sephiroth, it's pretty much the rules.

That's what you get for obsessing over a character and working on the costume for weeks, almost months at a time.
