These are all 416 pictures taken by the ACen Guys at ACen 2004. Now there are many repeats and crappy pictures this year so be wary before you start your journey. Yes so we awoke on Saturday morning rested and ready to go on the cons biggest day. Look at how prepared Eric and Neal are... they are so prepared.

Part of me envies them for having a real sleeping place (with PILLOWs and the such..), but the other part of me says, HA! I have the megabuldge~

At one point, Chris laid down in-between Neal and I for warmth because it was absolutely freezing in our hotel room. Like teddy bears, we were!

Chris was the first one to get out of the hotel room and go linger with other cosplayers. Here he is outside our hotel room posing with some other Final Fantasy (?) cosplayers.

Hrmm.. Well, That's definitely FF..I can't remember her name, Arieth? (I dunno, can't remember) then Tifa.. then..Yuffie, I believe. Final Fantasy Cosplayers all find each other and love each other.. some kind of magnetic instinct.

It's true, we do have that instinct. It's really cool, every FF cosplayer is really friendly to the next! It's a great feeling...probably because FF is a game series that almost everyone can appreciate in some form or another. This is Aeris (Aerith in the Japanese version), Tifa, and Yuffie from "Final Fantasy VII", posing with Sexy-Roth Masamune / Chris.

Its Eric's Squall belts. They were such a small part of the costume and they caused some of the biggest problems. They kept falling down at first because they weren't attached to the pants in anyway. Then Eric decided to hot glue them to the pants while still wearing them burning his leg. When he did that the belts were so tight that he couldn't sit down right and they cut off the circulation in his leg.

I remember seeing him in a hallway later and having him proclaim to me how he was getting woozy from the lack of circulation. The things we do for cosplay...

It's worth it, I tell ya. All the headaches, the numb body extremities, the dizzyness, the fatigue...all of it!

This is Eric posing next to our hotel room door. The sign on the door says "Home of the ACen Guys", which we decided to put there because we are losers. It was fun to hear the peoples comments as they walked by the door when we in the room. At one point a group of people walked by and said "Who the hell are the ACen Guys". This comment goes out to you fine people. On another fun sign note, it was held on the door with chewed up ramune candy which left a big mess on the door.

For next year, I promise to make a really pretty sign for our door, so everyone will know it's us. And I'll put little faces and curly lines with glitter.. er.. It'll look cool.

Neal decided to do a room tour thing. So you will now have a tour of the ACen Guys room for ACen 2004, with your host ACen Guy Brown. It will be fun to watch the progression of Jim moving from his current spot to his destination of the dresser.

All the while recieving what appears to be a free peep show-esque variety of tight outfitted Jim poses and bends. Enjoy!

Neal and I got the idea for this...it was good fun. See, even the most random of things that happen at cons can be almost as fun as the con itself...sometimes.
