This was Scoot McNeil, This man was fucking crazy. He went up there in his cowboy hat and starting rambling about stuff, it was all hilarious I don't remember what he said though, I just remember laughing my ass off.

A great voice actor/zany person.

This is Mr. Watanabe, the bastard that created Excel Saga and the character that I kept getting confused with all ACen long. I was Lupin but because of this man, who created a parody of Lupin called Nabashin, I kept getting confused with his creation Nabashin.

Such hostility... Nabeshin is many things, not primarilly a parody of Lupin. He is meant to parody many things, just as the whole show is meant to parody many things. In fact as near as I can tell, the only similarity between Nabeshin and Lupin is the clothing, which may or may not have been intentional as Mr. Watanabe did also base Nabeshin off of himself, as well as Spike from Cowboy Bebop, but I won't go into that.
